Spring at 21North: Two Years In, and Just Getting Started

There's something about spring that invites a little bit of excitement for what's ahead. As the days get longer and the energy in town shifts, we find ourselves looking back with a lot of gratitude and forward with even more anticipation.

At the end of May, we'll celebrate our second anniversary.

Two years of 21North.

Two years of great food, fun drinks, live music and most importantly, TREMENDOUS people.

It's been a journey in every sense of the word. There have been days where everything clicked perfectly, where the room hummed and the night unfolded just as we imagined. And then there have been the other days, the ones that kept us up at night… thinking, learning, adjusting and growing. Through all of it, you've shown us grace, kindness and support. 

Our team is at the heart of everything at 21North. We're lucky to still have some of our original crew with us, the people who have grown alongside 21North and helped shape what it is today. And with every new addition to the team, we've gained fresh energy, new ideas and an even deeper connection to this community we care so much about.

Over time, the vibe at 21North has grown into something we're really proud of. Hugs and hellos when you enter or when you say good-bye, LIVE acoustic music on Wednesdays, celebratory rock & roll nights that bring the room to life, comedy shows that keep the laughs coming and our Sunday Matinee Music Concert Series that sells out every single time. Caring for our guests and their special requests/needs/preferences and personally delivering food orders and gift cards to new and existing guests all over Metro West!  All of it has helped shape a space filled with warmth, fabulous guests, amazing energy, incredible local musicians and music-loving fans who make it all feel electric.

Some of our proudest moments over the past two years have come from giving back and supporting others, doing things like:

• Hosting community nights, where a portion of our proceeds on that evening go to support local nonprofits
• Having fundraisers for causes like, the Texas Flood Victims
• Our partnership with the Medfield Food Cupboard where we donate both time and resources
• Christening the Winner's Table, celebrating Medfield's state championship sports teams with a dinner on us where we honor their hard work, dedication and the whole restaurant ends up celebrating their milestone achievement
• Supporting past and present members of Team21 performing in concerts, plays, and recitals. Seeing them on stage, doing what they love, is something special and it's even better watching the community show up to support them too
• Displaying the extraordinary artwork of Medfield's own on the walls of our little family-owned restaurant

And to everyone who has trusted us with life's most meaningful moments: bridal showers, birthdays, baby showers, celebrations of life, baptisms, rehearsal dinners, graduation celebrations and more….thank you. Being even a small part of those memories is an absolute privilege.

You've been part of this story in every way. From the glowing 5-star reviews that never stop meaning the world to us, to the feedback that's pushed us to be better. Even the self-proclaimed  "Siskel & Eberts" out there have played a role in helping us grow, question, adapt and keep raising the bar.

This has been a fun and challenging journey. We've had record-setting nights and moments that tested us in ways we never expected. But that's all part of the story too. And through it all, one thing has remained constant: the support of this AMAZING community.

We truly couldn't have done any of this without YOU.

So, as we step into year three, we're more excited than ever for what's ahead. More opportunities to gather, to celebrate, to create memories. More reasons to make 21North YOUR place, for family dinners, milestone moments, spontaneous nights out and everything in between.
